Head Chef
Mint People are seeking a passionate and talented Head Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. Working within a busy Rosette-standard environment, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dishes using high-quality, seasonal ingredients while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What We Need From You:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a Rosette, fine dining, or premium fresh food environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop talented teams.
- Passion for seasonal produce and creating exceptional dishes.
- Excellent organisational and financial management skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen compliance.
- Calm and confident under pressure with a hands-on management style.
- A genuine desire to maintain and exceed Rosette standards.

Additional Information:
- It is ideal if for this role you drive, and have access to your own vehicle as some of the venues can be remote.
- Please note all candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK and possess a strong level of written and spoken English.
