East London, A GBP 75,000 + Tronc + Growth Opportunity

We're looking for a strong, hands-on Head Chef to take the lead at a unique and growing independent venue in East London.

This is a serious volume operation, so you must have experience running a fresh-food kitchen at A GBP 70k+ food sales (300 covers plus a day) and be comfortable delivering quality at pace.

You'll work directly with the owners, leading the kitchen team, developing the food operation and helping shape the next stage of the business.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Head Chef experience in a high-volume fresh-food operation
  • Experience managing A GBP 70k+ food sales
  • Strong, hands-on kitchen leadership
  • Excellent people management and team development skills
  • A track record of developing chefs from within
  • Strong commercial understanding across GP, labour and stock
  • Experience with events and busy service periods
  • Someone who enjoys working closely with owners and having a genuine influence on the business
