Our restaurant is at the heart of the Letheringsett experience, offering relaxed, welcoming dining built around fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. Our menus range from breakfast and brunch through to lunch, homemade classics, lighter dishes, cakes, and afternoon refreshments, alongside special menus and events throughout the year.
We work closely with local producers and suppliers, with the on-site butchery providing high-quality, locally reared meat, and the farm shop and deli offering an exceptional range of seasonal produce and artisan products.
We are now looking for an inspirational Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and help develop the next chapter of the Jarrolds Letheringsett food offering.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
