Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to manage the kitchen at our scenic hotel in the heart of the New Forest. As Kitchen Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing kitchen operations and food production, producing great quality food for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. This role is a practical one that involves cooking and would be perfect for a Senior CDP, Senior Sous-Chef, Head Chef looking for something slightly different.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage our small kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory.
  • Ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
