We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team here at Penningtons at the Castle Hotel, Windsor. As the Head Chef, you will take full operational ownership of our kitchen. You will build, lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, seasonal, and produce-led British dishes in a fast-paced, high volume brasserie. Your role bridges culinary confidence with commercial know-how, ensuring that exceptional food quality is balanced with kitchen efficiency and food safety standards.
