Vibrant Mediterranean restaurant in Mayfair seeking London based Head Chef. Part of an exciting luxury hospitality group.

Role Description
The Head Chef Mayfair role is a full-time, on-site position based in London. The Head Chef will lead the kitchen team, oversee menu development, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes that align with the venue’s concept.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Managing food preparation
- Supervising service
- Controlling stock and food costs
- Maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards

- Training and mentoring kitchen staff
- Coordinating with front-of-house teams
- Working closely with management to support guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-end or fine dining restaurants
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse kitchen team
- Expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and maintaining consistent culinary standards
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen health and safety practices in the United Kingdom
- Competence in stock control, cost management, and working within budgetary and margin targets
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with front-of-house and management teams
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and busy seasonal periods
- Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience; additional certifications in food hygiene or kitchen management are an advantage
- A passion for hospitality, creativity in developing dishes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
