Head Chef - Mon to Fri

Pay: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum plus paid overtime

Job Description: Retail, Hospitality & Fine Dining

Area: City of London

Are you an inspiring Head Chef ready to lead a flagship modern workplace dining operation in the heart of London? Genuine Dining is looking for a confident, people-focused culinary leader who is uncompromising on food safety standards and passionate about delivering creative, exciting food at scale.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the hospitality, fine dining, and retail workplace restaurant, leading a brigade of chefs in a fast-paced environment.

You will also support the on-site hospitality team when required, offering culinary input, menu collaboration, and operational support—without direct line management responsibility.

This is a standout opportunity to shape the food culture of a premium contract, delivering menus that are seasonal, sustainable, nutritionally balanced, and designed to excite today’s workplace diner.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
