Amber is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Aldgate East, inspired by the history, culture, and flavors of the region.
We are seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect the Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
- Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Deep understanding of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service.
