Salary: Circa £45,000

Location: South West London

Contract: Full-time, permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Chef to join an ambitious hospitality group ahead of the launch of its first venue.

This beautifully restored neighbourhood pub will combine excellent food, quality coffee, comfortable workspaces, private events and guest accommodation, creating a genuine hub for the local community.

The kitchen will focus on seasonal British cooking, with an emphasis on carefully sourced ingredients from trusted local suppliers. The menu will feature breakfast dishes, freshly prepared lunches, an elevated evening offering and traditional Sunday roasts.

This role offers the rare chance to join before launch and help shape the operation from the ground up.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will have genuine creative freedom and full ownership of the food offering. You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to develop menus, recruit and train the brigade, establish systems and oversee the kitchen through launch and beyond.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
