Role Overview

At ETM Group, being a Head Chef within our Sport London venues is both a dynamic leadership role and a commercial responsibility. You're not just running a kitchen - you're creating high-quality food at pace, leading a strong brigade, and delivering a food offer that complements the energy of live sport and high-volume service, all while reflecting our EPIC values.

Across our Sport London venues our Head Chefs lead from the front in fast-paced, high-energy environments. You are responsible for delivering consistent, quality-driven menus that perform commercially while supporting large-scale service, matchday occasions, and group bookings.

We place our kitchens in the hands of confident and resilient leaders. As Head Chef, you will take ownership of kitchen operations, from team development and stock control to menu execution and service delivery. You will balance speed with quality, ensuring dishes are delivered efficiently without compromising standards, while driving strong financial performance.

If you thrive in high-volume kitchens, enjoy leading teams through fast-paced service, and are passionate about delivering great food within an energetic environment, this is an opportunity to grow within one of London's leading hospitality groups.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
