We're looking for an ambitious and talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen at The White Hart, Castle Combe as we embark on an exciting new chapter following significant investment in the pub and kitchen operation.

About The Role
As Head Chef, you'll have the opportunity to lead and inspire your kitchen team while playing a key role in the continued development of the food offer at The White Hart.
You Will
- Lead, develop and motivate the kitchen team
- Deliver exceptional food quality and consistency
- Drive sales and profitability through an innovative and appealing menu offering
- Manage food and labour costs effectively
- Ensure high standards of food safety, compliance and kitchen operations
- Work closely with the General Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience and successful business performance
