Head Chef - Premium Event Caterer - £65k
Are you a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from the world of Event Catering looking to take the next step in your career? Do you love the fast pace of events, whilst still showing a high level of culinary skill? If so, this will be the role for you.
I am currently recruiting a Head Chef for a Premium Event Caterer, who are proud to cater for some of London’s leading venues, including the Royal Palaces. Reporting in to the MD, you will work alongside the senior management, delivering the very best in food standards.

You will be based from their CPU in South East London, regularly working in London at the events, ranging from drinks & canape receptions and bowl food, to fine dining dinners and large banquets.
The ideal Head Chef will have the following skills/experience:
- Extensive experience within Event Catering.
- Used to catering for sit down meals for up to 500.
- A hands-on approach, happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to suit the demands of the business.
