Looking for an events role without sacrificing your work:life balance?

We're recruiting a talented Head Chef to join one of London's leading premium events and catering businesses.

With a 45:hour contract, around 70 Monday to Friday working, paid overtime and a supportive chef-led culture, this is a rare opportunity to enjoy the excitement of luxury events while maintaining a genuine work:life balance.

Salary and Benefits

  • A GBP 65,000:A GBP 70,000
  • Performance bonus

The Role

  • Lead the kitchen team across production and events.
  • Inspire, develop and mentor chefs.
  • Drive food quality and presentation standards.
  • Support menu development and innovation.

About You

  • Previous Head Chef experience within events, hospitality or premium contract catering.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal food.
  • Experience delivering high-end hospitality.
  • Calm under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Looking to join a business where people are valued as much as the food.
  • Reliable, consistent and committed to long-term roles.
