We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef (Contract Catering) to lead our culinary team in London Wall. This pivotal role involves overseeing food production and ensuring exceptional quality standards to support our mission of delivering outstanding catering services. Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure high standards of food quality and safety.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Develop innovative menus tailored to client needs while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Supervise staff training and foster a positive team environment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their catering requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to optimize resources.
- Maintain a focus on sustainability and continuous improvement within the kitchen.

Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a catering or hospitality environment.
- Extensive food production and culinary expertise.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety standards.
- Experience in high-volume kitchen operations preferred.
- Ability to develop creative menus that align with client expectations.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
