Are you an experienced Head Chef who thrives in a high-end hospitality environment?

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to join the Eurest team at our prestigious Bupa site in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a catering team within a professional office environment, with an increasing focus on hospitality, events, and exceptional food experiences.

You’ll take the lead in delivering fresh, high-quality food across the site, ensuring every service is delivered to a consistently high standard. Alongside the day-to-day catering operation, you’ll play a key role in developing our growing hospitality offer, creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the catering team, creating a positive and high-performing kitchen environment.
  • Oversee the day-to-day kitchen operation, ensuring consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and deliver fresh, exciting menus across the restaurant and hospitality offer.
  • Take ownership of hospitality and events, delivering food to a high-end standard for a variety of occasions.
  • Work closely with the wider team and client to understand requirements and continually develop the food offer.
  • Manage food costs, ordering, stock, waste, and kitchen processes effectively.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
  • Lead by example and bring creativity, passion, and a genuine love of food to the role.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience working as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role.
  • A strong background in high-end hospitality, events, or premium contract catering.
  • A passion for fresh food and delivering exceptional presentation and quality.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of food costs, margins, and kitchen management.
  • Someone who enjoys working with clients and can build strong working relationships.
