Head Chef – Countryside Pub Restaurant
Location: Ulverston
Pay: £21.00 per hour
Accommodation: On-site accommodation available
We're looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen in our busy countryside pub restaurant near Ulverston. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef who takes pride in creating high-quality, freshly prepared food.

What You'll Be Doing
As Head Chef, you will be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen, including:
- Maintaining consistently high food quality and presentation.
- Managing food costs, GP margins, and stock control.
- Ordering supplies and managing relationships with suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene, health and safety, and HACCP regulations.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Working closely with the front-of-house team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy service.
- Passion for delivering outstanding food and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable, organised, and committed to maintaining high standards.
