Are you passionate about developing young swimmers and inspiring athletes to reach their full potential? Flixton Swim Team is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated Head Coach to lead our coaching programme and help shape the future of our growing and ambitious club. With a proud history and a strong focus on swimmer development, we provide a supportive environment where athletes, coaches, and volunteers can thrive.
About the Role
As Head Coach, you will:
- Lead the strategic direction of the club's swimming programme.
- Design and deliver high-quality training and competition programmes.
- Coach our top performance swimmers and support development squads.
- Lead, mentor, and develop our coaching team.
- Monitor swimmer progression and create clear development pathways.
- Attend competitions, camps, and club events.
- Work closely with our Executive Committee, parents, and local swimming partners.
- Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and compliance with Swim England requirements.

Working Hours
Part-time
Up to 15 hours per week of coaching and administration, plus attendance at competitions and galas as required.

- Has strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.
