About the Role
Rugby Wolves American Football Club is seeking a dynamic, culture-driven Head Coach to lead our program and direct the offense. This individual will establish team standards, lead gameday operations, and build an explosive offensive system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and call plays for the offensive playbook.
- Lead team meetings, pre-game speeches, and foster a competitive team culture.
- Manage gameday administration, including timeout management and referee communication.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on player recruitment and retention.

Requirements
- BAFCA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
- Prior coaching or playing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
