Head Coach - FITISM Hale
FITISM is opening in Hale and we're looking for an outstanding Head Coach to lead the gym floor and help bring the FITISM experience to life from day one.
FITISM is a small group personal training gym built around one simple idea: Fitness That Feels Good.
We combine intelligent programming, expert coaching, and a genuinely supportive experience to help people get stronger, fitter, and more confident - without making fitness their whole life.
The Role
As Head Coach, you'll own the gym floor at FITISM Hale.
You'll lead from the front: delivering outstanding small group personal training, setting the standard for coaching, supporting and developing the coaching team, and making sure every member receives a consistently brilliant FITISM experience.
You'll also play an important role in launching our newest location and helping build the culture and community from the beginning.

What You'll Be Responsible For
- Delivering outstanding small group personal training sessions
- Setting and maintaining FITISM's coaching standards
- Leading and supporting the Hale coaching team
- Helping members make progress and stay engaged
- Supporting member onboarding and conversions
- Ensuring programming is delivered consistently and effectively
- Creating an exceptional experience on the gym floor
- Helping build the culture and community at FITISM Hale
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day coaching operation
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about coaching and people.
You'll be confident leading sessions, communicating with members, and setting high standards for yourself and others.
You'll take ownership, bring energy to the gym floor, and want to be part of a growing fitness business that's trying to do things differently.

You'll need an appropriate personal training qualification and experience coaching people in a gym environment. Previous leadership or management experience would be an advantage.
