Role Overview:

You'll be the main point of contact for residents, overseeing hospitality services, events, dining experiences, and ensuring every resident receives a seamless, personalized five-star experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience: Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
  • Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational ability, and IT proficiency.
  • Qualities: Immaculate presentation, proactive problem-solver, and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
  • Desirable:
    • Customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
