Role Overview:
You'll be the main point of contact for residents, overseeing hospitality services, events, dining experiences, and ensuring every resident receives a seamless, personalized five-star experience.

What we're looking for:
- Experience: Luxury hospitality background, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
- Skills: Outstanding communication, organizational ability, and IT proficiency.
- Qualities: Immaculate presentation, proactive problem-solver, and a genuine passion for exceptional service.
- Desirable:
- Customer service qualification and experience in event planning or hospitality management.
