HEAD CONCIERGE

Rendall & Rittner
£32,000 - £33,000
Discovery Dock West - E14 9RT
4 on, 4 off 0700 - 1900

DEVELOPMENT DETAILS

You’ll be the face of a luxury residential community in the heart of Canary Wharf, home to around 200 apartments and a discerning resident mix of professionals and families. The development benefits from a 24-hour concierge, high-spec leisure facilities including gym, pool and spa, and secure parking, creating a premium, hotel-style environment. With South Quay DLR, Canary Wharf Underground and the Elizabeth line close by, the setting is fast-paced, well-connected and service-led—ideal for a Head Concierge who enjoys delivering exceptional experiences in a polished front-of-house environment.

ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will lead the concierge function, setting the tone for five-star service at reception while coordinating a small team to keep operations smooth and secure. Most days you’ll balance people-focused front-of-house duties with behind-the-scenes coordination—managing deliveries, contractors, resident requests and building standards—while acting as the go-to point for queries and escalation.

What Success Looks Like

  • Residents consistently praise the concierge team for responsive, friendly and solution-focused service.
  • The reception and lobby present flawlessly at all times with clear standards and checklists followed.
  • Rosters, handovers and daily logs are accurate, timely and support seamless 24/7 coverage.
  • Incidents, access control and health and safety procedures are managed calmly and by the book.
  • Contractors and deliveries are coordinated without disruption to residents or security.
  • Team members are well-briefed, supported and continuously improving through your coaching.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
