Location:

London, W11

Annual Salary:

£35,000-£40,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Hours/Working Pattern:

Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm

What You'll Be Doing:

• Exceptional Resident Experience: Deliver the highest standards of customer service, creating a welcoming, professional, and personalized experience for our residents and their visitors.
• Relationship-Building: Build trusted relationships with residents through excellent communication, discretion, attentiveness, and a proactive approach to service.
• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance emergencies to resident issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Building Management: Support the Building manager with duties as and when required, as well as being the senior member of staff on site in their absence.
• Team Management: Responsible for supporting, overseeing, and managing the work of the Concierge, Maintenance, Cleaners, and other on-site staff/contractors.
• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residents, ensuring smooth communication and pick-up.
• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Safety Checks & Security: Look out for H&S hazards on site patrol, assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing. Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.
• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.
