Experience: 15+ years
Location: London, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in office)

JOB PURPOSE

Acuity Analytics is looking for an experienced candidate, based in London, who can sell outsourcing services to Asset Managers and Insurance firms. You must possess a strong hunting and sales acumen with a good track record of originating, qualifying, and closing deals. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to secure and grow long-term, high-value clients.

This role requires a consultative approach to open doors at C level, understanding client challenges and priorities, and a solution-selling approach underpinned by deep industry knowledge, tenacity, and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles is a key requirement. Prior experience of having worked in a Front Office Role, for Bank or Asset Manager, is desirable. Excellent verbal and written presentation skills and strong negotiation skills are essential, as is the ability to build and establish long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Acuity’s proposition to Asset Managers (including traditional Investment Managers investing in Public & Private assets, Wealth managers, and Hedge Funds) firms is to unlock scaled front and middle office processes through centralization (offshoring) and leveraging technology/automation.

This is a quota-carrying sales role which involves the full sales cycle from originating, pitching the concept, creating pipeline, deal closure, and ongoing account management. Both the proposition and the model are widely proven across asset managers & insurers globally.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
