Imperial College Women’s Football Club SECOND Team Coach

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join as the coach of the Imperial College Women’s Football Club SECOND team. Our club has over 60 current members, who span across four 11-a-side teams and a competitive futsal team, competing once per week and training once per week. After back to back promotions, the 2s have spent 2 years competing for the BUCS South Eastern Tier 3 title. They are a strong squad, who can compete with any team in the league and are ready to fight for first place next year!

Expectations for the Role:

  • Lead Monday training sessions (8-10pm at Imperial College Sports Ground, Harlington, Hayes UB3 5EH) for our 2nd team.
  • Attend all Wednesday 2nd team matches (usually 1pm meet, 2 pm kick-off), analyse play, and implement improvements during training.

Desired Skills:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Qualities that include passion, friendly-natured, approachable, punctuality.
  • Minimum UEFA B qualified.

Pay:

£40 per session (2 sessions per week)
