Builth Wells Golf Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Greenkeeper to lead our greenkeeping team and ensure our golf course remains in outstanding condition all year round.
The Role
As Head Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the overall management of the golf course, including:
- Course maintenance and presentation
- Team leadership and training
- Budgeting and resource management
- Health & Safety and compliance
- Work closely with the Greens Chairman/Committee and club management

The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has proven experience as a Head Greenkeeper or in a senior greenkeeping role
- Holds relevant qualifications (NVQ level 3 in greenkeeping or equivalent)
- Has strong knowledge of turf management and sustainable practices
- Is a strong leader with excellent communication skills
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional course quality
The Following Would Be Advantageous
- PA1 & PA6 spraying certificate
- Chainsaw certification
- Mechanical knowledge of machinery
