Portpatrick Dunskey Golf Club is seeking an experienced, motivated, and forward-thinking Head Greenkeeper to lead the care, presentation, and ongoing development of our historic golf course.
About The Role
This is a key leadership position for someone with strong turf management expertise, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding playing conditions.
As Head Greenkeeper, You Will
- Lead and manage all aspects of course maintenance and presentation
- Oversee and support the greenkeeping team
- Plan and implement turf management programmes to the highest standards
- Manage machinery, irrigation, and maintenance schedules
- Work closely with the management committee to enhance the overall golfing experience

- Proven experience in golf course management or a senior greenkeeping role
- Strong knowledge of turf care, machinery, and course maintenance practices
- Leadership and team management skills
