The Role
- Leading the team in their role and required duties
- Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
- Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
- Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
- Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
- Attend resident/relative meetings
- Rota and Budget Management

Mountfitchet House care home opened its doors in October 2014 near Stansted, Essex. The 60-bed care home provides nursing and residential care, as well as specialist care for people living with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia and short-term respite care.
