We’re on the lookout for an experienced, hands-on Head Housekeeper to bring energy, pride and precision to Point A Hotel Kings Cross.

Your mission is simple: keep the hotel looking sharp, organised and guest-ready every day. You’ll set the pace, champion brilliant standards and support your team to deliver the clean, calm and welcoming experience Point A is known for.

What We Are Looking For

You’ll be someone who leads with confidence, care and pride, inspiring your housekeeping team to create spotless, welcoming spaces that make every guest feel at home. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to planning, you’ll keep rotas, stock and supplies running smoothly while maintaining the high standards Point A and Queensway are known for. Hands-on and people-focused, you’ll enjoy training and developing others, championing safe, clean and consistent ways of working, and bringing previous Head Housekeeper or similar hotel experience to a team that values curiosity, kindness, ambition and doing things brilliantly.
