Head of Human Resources Development — Omega

About Omega

Omega is a UK FCA-authorised digital private banking platform built for corporate complexity, multi-entity holding structures, family offices, fund vehicles, and cross-border operations. Distributed exclusively through a professional introducer network of accountants, lawyers, and corporate service providers, Omega combines multi-currency accounts, accounting infrastructure, legal support, and virtual office services into a single integrated platform. We help complex businesses operate with clarity and control, so they can focus on growth rather than operational friction.

The Role

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in London, leading the design and execution of Omega's people strategy as the company scales. You'll own the full HR function end-to-end, from talent acquisition through to organisational development, reporting directly into senior leadership and shaping how Omega builds and retains its team through a high-growth period.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
