About the role
As Head of Legal Immunology Global and UK & Ireland, you will provide legal leadership for priority immunology medicines globally and support business activities across the United Kingdom and Ireland. You will guide legal strategy throughout the asset lifecycle, from late-stage development and launch through commercialization, lifecycle management, and loss of exclusivity planning.
You will work closely with global, regional, and local stakeholders to deliver clear, practical legal guidance that enables informed decision-making and supports patient-focused outcomes. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will help shape strategies, manage risk, and ensure compliance in a complex and evolving healthcare environment.
This role combines global asset leadership with local affiliate support, offering the opportunity to influence business-critical decisions while supporting innovation and patient value worldwide.

In the United Kingdom and Ireland, you will serve as a trusted legal partner to local leadership and cross-functional teams, helping translate global strategies into compliant local execution.
You will also lead and develop legal professionals supporting immunology assets while influencing and coordinating a broad network of legal colleagues across regions and countries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
