We are seeking an experienced higher education professional to lead our Academic Registry Team at the London College of Communication in the University of the Arts London.
The role will provide leadership to the Academic Registry team at LCC ensuring consistent delivery of administrative processes across all programmes at the College. You will be the principal point of contact for College staff with regards to queries relating to the student record and will coordinate with services across the University as required. The role will deliver key processes including enrolment for students and examination and progression boards.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the College delivers its services — continually refining our processes to enhance the student experience while upholding the highest standards. As a key member of the Registry Services Senior Management Team, you will also influence service development across the wider University, helping to drive meaningful, lasting improvement.
About you
You will have significant experience of working in an HE administrative role including the delivery of registry services.
You will have experience of managing teams and working collaboratively with a wide range of staff at different levels.
You will have the ability to analyse data and process delivery to look for opportunities for improvements.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver complex messages to a variety of audiences.
