About The Role

The Head of Account Management – EMEA/APAC is a client-facing commercial leader, not a back-office manager. The role spends significant time with customers - on client calls, executive reviews, and on-site meetings across the region – and uses that first-hand insight to set retention and growth strategy for a distributed team of Account Managers, combining deep customer intimacy with a strategic operating mindset across culturally diverse, multi-jurisdictional markets.

Client Leadership & Executive Presence

  • Spend meaningful, protected time in front of customers: renewal calls, executive business reviews, escalations, and on-site visits
  • Act as executive sponsor for the region's most strategic accounts, building relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Be the senior face of PEI in the region – at client meetings, industry events, and market visits
  • Bring first-hand client insight back into regional strategy, coverage decisions, and product conversations

Regional Retention & Growth Strategy

  • Own the retention strategy for EMEA and APAC, with accountability for forecast accuracy, NRR, and churn mitigation
  • Set a multi-year regional account strategy adapted to local market dynamics, client maturity, and competitive context
  • Use satisfaction signals and early-warning indicators from Client Engagement, intervening personally on at-risk accounts

Strategic Team Leadership

  • Lead a geographically distributed team of Account Managers across multiple languages and jurisdictions
  • Coach in the field, not just in reviews: join Account Managers on live client calls and negotiations to develop capability through example
  • Implement consistent frameworks for account planning, renewal forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and value delivery
  • Own talent development, performance feedback, and succession across the regional team
  • Allocate coverage strategically across pods, tiers, and markets as the portfolio evolves

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
