As Foods Connected continues to strengthen its position in the EMEA market, we're looking for a Head of Account Management to play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from their investment in our platform. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, commercial growth, and operational excellence, leading as the primary relationship owner for our diverse customer base.

Working closely with the Commercial Director - EMEA, you will be part of a high-performing team that drives customer retention, expansion, and advocacy, establishing best practices, developing scalable account management frameworks, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for customer success, and who wants to build something lasting within a dynamic, fast-moving technology business.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Being part of a culture of customer-centricity, commercial awareness, and continuous improvement
- Implementing account management frameworks, playbooks, and best practices aligned with our commercial strategy
- Overseeing account planning, monitoring account health, and identifying at-risk accounts to minimize churn
- Driving team performance against renewal, upsell, and cross-sell targets, and overseeing timely, proactive contract renewals
- Identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities, and supporting pricing discussions and contract negotiations
- Providing accurate forecasting of renewals and expansion revenue, and reporting on team performance and pipeline health
- Partnering with Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth customer transitions and represent the customer voice internally
- Supporting customer-facing activities including QBRs, workshops, and strategic reviews

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or relationship management within B2B SaaS
- 2+ years of people management experience, including building and developing high-performing teams
- A proven track record of achieving revenue targets through renewals and account expansion
- Experience managing enterprise and mid-market accounts in a subscription-based business model
- Strong understanding of customer success principles and account management best practices
- Experience with CRM and customer success platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), plus confident use of Microsoft 365
- Experience in the food industry or with supply chain/compliance software is desirable, as is experience scaling account management functions in high-growth SaaS companies
- Willingness to travel regularly to meet with team members and key customers across the EMEA region
