Head of Account Management

Location: Skelmersdale (Hybrid, multi-site)

Salary: Up to £67,000 - DOE + Car Allowance + Bonus

Working Pattern: Permanent, Full-Time

The organisation operates across multiple UK locations, and this role will require regular on-site presence and travel to build visibility, strengthen internal collaboration, and enhance client relationships.

The Opportunity

We are exclusively partnering with a progressive, privately owned business within the print and manufacturing space, known for delivering complex, high-value customer solutions and building long-term partnerships with major clients.

As part of its next phase of growth, the business is seeking a commercially astute Head of Account Management to take ownership of its client services function — driving retention, unlocking account value, and shaping customer strategy at a senior level.

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct exposure to the Managing Director and genuine influence over revenue performance, customer experience, and future growth strategy.

The Role

This position will lead a team of Strategic Account Managers and Account Managers, with full responsibility for performance, development, and commercial output.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
