Revenue leaders have more execution tools than ever, but generating pipeline feels harder. Channels cost more and return less. Time and budget go into processes that stay broken.

That's because GTM is won or lost before execution begins. Teams build world-class execution firepower, then aim it in the wrong direction - off data that's generic, surface-level, and shared by every competitor. The answer was never more data. It was the right intelligence.

So we built it. Goodfit defines, sources, and grades every account in your market. Revenue teams know exactly what to target, and why, and can commit resources with conviction.

You'll be in good company. Goodfit was founded by experienced revenue leaders; Harrison, CEO, scaled Paddle to $100M and a $1.4B valuation. Adam, CRO, built the commercial function from $0 to $100M. Aleks, Co-Founder and CPO, invented the data engine that runs our GTM intelligence. Backed by leading VCs including Notion Capital, we raised a $13M Series A in 2025, and have big growth plans for 2026 and beyond - join us!

The Role

We're hiring a Head of Account Management to join our existing team. We’re looking for a true player-coach: owning a book of your own client accounts while leading and developing our team of Account Managers. Reporting to our CRO, Adam, you'll set the strategy for how the team retains and expands revenue across our client base, and you'll be hands-on in delivering it yourself.

You'll work directly with senior commercial leaders at some of the fastest growing B2B companies around (Salesloft, Chili Piper, Deepgram and Paddle), advising them on how to use Goodfit in their go-to-market, finding the best routes into the wider commercial teams who don't use us yet, and building a strong base of customer advocates along the way. Goodfit is an early stage environment without set playbooks for every scenario - here, building them is the job.

As Head of Account Management at Goodfit you will:

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Own your own book of business. Take clients end-to-end, from delivering their Goodfit dataset (in collaboration with our Solutions team) and guiding them through configuration and best practice, to owning renewal and expansion.
  • Play a consultative role. Advise on best practice, challenge assumptions and contribute to a more effective GTM motion. Validate constantly that we've mapped the right market and enriched it with the data their plans need - the right account, at the right time, with the right message in a way that is consistent and enhances the customer’s current GTM playbook.
  • Make the data usable. Help clients integrate Goodfit into their CRM (e.g. SFDC, HubSpot), sequencing tools (e.g. Salesloft, Lemlist) and data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake).
  • Coach and develop the team. Run the 1:1s, call reviews, and skill-building that raise the level of every Account Manager in the team, prioritising their success and development.
  • Build the playbook. Create the processes, playbooks and best-practice documentation that make account management success repeatable, with consistent measurement of client health, and workflows for onboarding and expansions.
  • Own and execute the renewal and expansion revenue strategy. Set the Account Management strategy for hitting and exceeding targets for retention, expansion and forecast accuracy across the client base, with a focus on adoption-led growth.
  • Represent the voice of the customer. Work with Product and Engineering to guide the roadmap, and partner with Sales and leadership on the new business handoff and cross-functional alignment.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Commercial experience, and time spent coaching. Significant experience in sales, growth or account management within SaaS or data industries, including time managing or coaching others. We’d expect to see 3-5 years experience in an Account Management role, and you’ll be used to ~£1M ARR books of business.
  • A track record against revenue targets. You've met or exceeded them, ideally in a retention or expansion-focused commercial role. We expect you to have a proven track record of closing expansion business year on year.
  • Stakeholder skills at both levels. You're confident in - and passionate about - developing key stakeholder relationships and mapping client buying committees, at both individual-contributor and strategic levels. Experience working cross-functionally with Product & Engineering teams is beneficial.
  • Builder instincts. You've built or improved processes, playbooks or frameworks for a commercial team, not just followed them.
  • Appetite for both halves of the job. You're excited by commercial day-to-day activities as well as building processes and coaching others to do the same.
  • Startup appetite. You're excited about working collaboratively at a fast growing Series A startup.
  • A growth mindset. A proactive learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and goes looking for the next challenge, without needing it driven by someone else.
  • Product curiosity. You're passionate about innovative software products and eager to contribute ideas for improvement.
  • In-person availability. You're willing to come into our London office (by Liverpool Street) at least 3 days per week.
