Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days per week in office) Salary: £85,000 - £95,000 basic | OTE £110,000 - £120,000 & benefits

This position offers a balance of direct team leadership and strategic account ownership. You will play a pivotal role in guiding a talented team while directly shaping relationships with some of the business's largest accounts.
Role overview
As the Enterprise Account Management Team Lead, you will manage and develop a team of account managers alongside running a select portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will focus on driving customer retention, unlocking expansion opportunities, and building strong relationships with executive sponsors.

What you will be doing
Team leadership
- Lead, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of enterprise account managers.
- Run regular 1:1 coaching sessions, deal reviews, and team alignment meetings to support career growth and performance.
- Guide the team in creating structured account plans to achieve renewal, retention, and growth targets.
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve operational processes and customer experience.
- Monitor account health metrics, spot early churn risks, and establish proactive strategies to protect revenue.
Account management
- Oversee a small portfolio of key strategic accounts to demonstrate best practice.
- Build customer success plans that track clear business outcomes, ROI, and commercial value for senior stakeholders.
- Lead regular account reviews to keep adoption, stakeholder engagement, and key initiatives on track.
- Manage the full renewal lifecycle, supporting commercial negotiations and maintaining accurate forecasting.
- Identify and qualify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within your portfolio.
- Act as the internal voice of the customer, sharing feedback with product teams to influence future roadmaps.

What you will bring
- Proven experience in account management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience of managing enterprise accounts (£120k-160k ACVs).
- Hands-on experience leading, managing, or mentoring team members.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding renewal and expansion revenue goals.
- Experience using the MEDDICC sales methodology.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold confident commercial discussions with executive stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a data-informed approach to problem-solving.
- Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
