Head of Account Management - Automotive Fleet Solutions
£60,000 - £80,000 + annual bonus + Eco company car | Location: West Yorkshire
This is one of those roles where you get real influence. You will take ownership of an established account management function and shape its future direction, working closely with senior leadership while leading a sizeable team across strategic and key accounts.
The position combines commercial leadership, customer strategy and people development. You will have the scope to build deeper customer partnerships, drive meaningful revenue growth and create the kind of account management culture that leaves a lasting mark on the business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the account management strategy, ensuring revenue growth, retention and profitability across the customer portfolio.
- Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers across key and strategic accounts.
- Oversee major contract renewals, commercial negotiations, tenders and strategic growth opportunities.
- Coach and develop Account Managers and Senior Key Account Managers, building a high-performing commercial team.
What You'll Need to Bring
- Proven leadership experience within vehicle rental, leasing, fleet management or a closely related sector.
- A strong track record of growing revenue, improving retention and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience leading commercial negotiations, renewals and complex customer engagements.
- The credibility to influence senior stakeholders and bring teams together around shared objectives.
