Within our iGaming (Playradar) division, we are building the next generation of gaming experiences across Casino Games, Virtual Sports, Live Betting Products, 24/7 Experiences, and other innovative gaming concepts inspired by the world of sports. By combining premium sports content, engaging gameplay mechanics, and cutting-edge technology, we create products that redefine how players engage with sports and casino entertainment.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead and develop our iGaming Account Management function. In this role, you will be responsible for building a high-performing commercial team, driving revenue growth across our operator portfolio, establishing scalable client management processes, and ensuring our customers maximize the value of Sportradar’s iGaming products.
As part of our continued growth, Sportradar is currently looking to recruit an experienced Head of Account Management to support and grow our iGaming business across key European locations, with the role based in London, Vienna or Ljubljana.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Own and develop key iGaming client relationships, ensuring strong commercial performance and long-term partnership growth.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Account Management team.
- Define account segmentation, customer success strategies and commercial playbooks.
- Create and refine processes to monitor client performance, manage workstreams and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
- Identify additional revenue opportunities by cross-selling and upselling Sportradar’s iGaming products and services.
- Oversee relationship management, commercial support and service delivery for existing iGaming clients.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, operations and technology teams to support the continued growth of Sportradar’s iGaming offering.
- Establish and monitor relevant KPIs to ensure delivery against client objectives and business targets.
- Provide client and market insights to internal product teams to support product improvements and future roadmap decisions.
- Willingness to travel for internal and client meetings according to company travel policies.

ABOUT YOU:
- Extensive experience in commercial, sales, key account or account management roles within iGaming, betting, gaming or a related B2B technology environment.
- Strong understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, platforms, content, regulation and market dynamics.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and commercial performance.
- Proven commercial leadership experience with the ability to build, manage and grow long-term client relationships.
- Experience leading and scaling Account Management or Customer Success teams.
- Growth mindset with strong proactivity, commercial thinking and the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Passionate about sports and casino products.
- Excellent business English skills, any other language considered a plus.
