Blitzed is a crypto casino built around entertainment, creators and internet culture.

We're moving quickly. Our product is live in beta, and our biggest commercial priority is building a repeatable acquisition engine.

We're looking for someone to own it.

The Role

We're hiring a Head of Acquisition to take ownership of player acquisition across Blitzed.

This is a hands-on role. You'll work directly with senior leadership to identify acquisition opportunities, launch tests quickly, understand what works and scale the winners.

We want someone who thinks commercially, moves fast and is comfortable experimenting.

Responsibilities

  • Own Blitzed's overall player acquisition strategy and execution
  • Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition experiments
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels
  • Own paid acquisition across relevant platforms and networks
  • Develop our affiliate acquisition strategy and grow the affiliate channel
  • Develop creator, influencer and streamer acquisition channels
  • Explore sponsorships, partnerships and unconventional distribution opportunities
  • Improve acquisition funnels from first impression through registration, deposit and repeat play
  • Work with creative resources to develop and rapidly test new ads, content and campaigns
  • Track performance across CAC, CPA, FTDs, conversion, retention and player value
  • Understand the quality and economics of players coming from each channel
  • Allocate acquisition budgets based on performance
  • Scale channels that demonstrate strong economics and cut those that don't
  • Analyse competitors and identify acquisition tactics worth testing
  • Build processes, reporting and eventually a team around channels that prove successful

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
