Company Description

Atrom Mindcare provides psychiatrist-led mental health and neurodevelopmental assessments and treatments for a wide range of needs. Services are available via private-pay and private medical insurance, and the organization is CQC-regulated, ensuring high standards of clinical care and governance. Atrom Mindcare also delivers NHS-funded ADHD and Autism assessments through the Right to Choose pathway, expanding access to specialized diagnostic services. Care is offered both in person and online nationwide, allowing flexible access for individuals and families across the country.

Role Description

The Head of Admin and Operations is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operational functions of Atrom Mindcare. This role coordinates scheduling, patient onboarding, documentation processes, and communication workflows to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey. The Head of Admin and Operations designs and implements operational procedures, manages budgets and resource allocation, and monitors performance metrics to support service quality and compliance. The role includes leading and supporting the admin team, fostering collaboration with clinical staff, and continuously improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The position requires regular reporting to leadership, proactive problem-solving, and alignment of operational practices with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process design, workflow optimization, and service delivery coordination.
  • Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance indicators, and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Candidates should possess effective Team Management abilities, including mentoring, performance oversight, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for clear internal coordination and professional client-facing interactions.
