Head of Administration & Workplace

Central London | Circa £150,000 | 5 Days Office-Based

We’re recruiting a senior Head of Administration & Workplace for a highly successful, fast-paced organisation in Central London.

This is a substantial leadership role with responsibility for the people, services and operations that sit behind an exceptional working environment. Leading a broad support function, you’ll ensure consistently high standards across administration, workplace and facilities while continuing to evolve the function as the business develops.

It requires someone with real operational depth, strong commercial judgement and an exceptional service mindset. You’ll be comfortable operating with senior leadership while remaining close enough to the day-to-day operation to understand what’s working, where standards can be raised and what needs to change.

The Role

  • Lead the administration, workplace and facilities function, setting and maintaining consistently high standards.
  • Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, creating clear accountability and a strong service-led culture.
  • Oversee key external suppliers and service providers, managing performance, contracts and commercial relationships.
  • Take ownership of budgets, expenditure and cost effectiveness across the function.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders on operational priorities, workplace requirements and wider projects.
  • Ensure the office environment and associated services run seamlessly and deliver an exceptional experience for employees and visitors.
  • Maintain appropriate standards across workplace compliance, health & safety, security and operational resilience.
  • Lead workplace projects and improvements from planning through to successful delivery.
  • Continually review processes and service models, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide senior management with clear reporting, insight and recommendations.
  • Ensure internal teams and external partners are appropriately structured, resourced and equipped to deliver at a consistently high level.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
