Head of Administration & Patient Services

We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to join West London Forensic Services as our Head of Administration & Patient Services. This is a rare opportunity to lead a number of vital services across a large and diverse forensic mental health setting.

Reporting to the Service Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for administration services across the Three Bridges Medium Secure Directorate, The Orchard Women's Service, Low Secure and Community Services, and the Cassel Hospital. You will also oversee Patient Affairs, Patient Banking Services, CQC administration support, and key service budgets.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, organisational, and financial management skills, with the ability to drive service improvement and deliver high-quality patient-centred support services.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a nationally recognised forensic service while working as part of a supportive senior leadership team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
