I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re growing fast. Now we need a commercially sharp, hands-on sales leader to help us scale further.
The Role
This is a true player-coach Head of Sales role. You will personally own and close strategic agency and brand deals while building and leading a high-performing sales team. You’ll sit at the centre of our next phase of growth — turning our unique technology advantage into accelerated revenue across the UK (and beyond).
What You’ll Do
- Directly sell our Relevance Agent solution into target agencies (holdco's and independents) and brand-side marketing/procurement teams.
- Own the full sales cycle for complex programmatic AdTech deals — from discovery through commercial negotiation and expansion.
- Build deep relationships with media, programmatic and creative stakeholders who buy or influence AdTech platforms.
- Lead, coach and scale a small but ambitious sales team while remaining highly active in the market yourself.
- Partner closely with product, commercial and leadership to refine go-to-market, pricing and packaging as we expand.
- Drive pipeline quality and drive predictable revenue that supports our aggressive growth ambitions.
What We’re Looking For
- Credibility in sales, meaning you have held down a successful role as an IC or Sales Leader (Player/Coach) for a min 3 years+.
- Proven track record selling programmatic AdTech solutions into agencies and brands (display, video or related).
- Deep understanding of the current programmatic landscape — DSPs, cookieless targeting, contextual, DCO, brand safety, and the real buying dynamics inside agencies.
- Existing relationships and credibility with agency stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
- Player-coach mentality: you still love winning deals yourself as an IC and know how to multiply that through a team.
- Comfortable operating in a high-growth, high-ambition scale up environments where you will be required to build and scale and pitch in across the teams.
- Commercially sharp, transparent, and motivated by building something category-defining rather than just hitting a number.
