About Equity Edge
Equity Edge is a proprietary trading firm providing simulated trading evaluations and access to funded trading opportunities. We work with traders, affiliates, and content creators across global markets, combining a performance-focused trading product with a growing partner network. As we expand our London operation, we are looking for an experienced commercial professional to lead and develop our affiliate function.
About the Role
We are hiring a commercially driven Head of Affiliate Partnerships to take ownership of our affiliate program and lead its continued growth.
You will manage our Affiliate Managers, personally oversee strategically important partners, and take responsibility for affiliate recruitment, retention, performance, and revenue.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong relationship-building ability, commercial judgment, and operational discipline. You must be comfortable leading a team while remaining personally involved in important accounts, negotiations, and performance decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and manage the Affiliate Management team.
- Establish clear individual and team KPIs and maintain accountability against them.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, influencers, and referral partners.
- Personally manage strategically important affiliate relationships.
- Recruit, assess, negotiate with, and onboard high-quality new partners.
- Develop affiliate campaigns and identify new commercial opportunities.
- Monitor affiliate revenue, conversions, acquisition costs, and campaign performance.
- Identify underperforming relationships and implement improvement plans.
- Negotiate commission structures and commercial terms within agreed parameters.
- Resolve commercial issues and relationship disputes professionally.
- Ensure affiliate communications and promotional content meet company standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, commercial documentation, and performance reports.
- Work closely with the CEO and wider commercial team on affiliate strategy.
- Provide regular reports covering performance, risks, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Represent Equity Edge at relevant meetings, events, and industry functions.

Essential Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in affiliate management, partnerships, sales, business development, or commercial account management.
- Strong knowledge of proprietary trading, retail trading, or the wider online trading industry.
- A demonstrable record of building, retaining, and growing commercial relationships.
- Experience managing people and holding a team accountable against measurable KPIs.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Commercial understanding of revenue, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and partner performance.
- Confidence managing senior affiliates and commercially sensitive conversations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate relationship records.
- High integrity when handling confidential information and commercial relationships.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Existing right to work in the United Kingdom.

Desirable Experience
- An established network within the proprietary-trading, forex, fintech, or trading-content community.
- Experience working with influencers and content creators.
- Experience developing commission structures and performance incentives.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms, tracking links, and attribution reporting.
- Knowledge of responsible and compliant trading-related marketing.
Who We Are Looking For
You are proactive, commercially focused, and capable of building trust quickly. You understand that successful partnerships require more than signing new affiliates. They require regular communication, reliable follow-through, constructive problem-solving, and a clear understanding of what creates mutual commercial value.
You should be equally comfortable developing strategy, managing a team, analyzing performance, and speaking directly with an important partner when a relationship requires attention.
Salary and Progression
The salary starts from £48,000 per year, equivalent to £4,000 per month. The final package will depend on the successful candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, existing network, and proven track record.
Additional performance-related bonuses may be awarded at the company’s discretion.
Location Requirement
This position is based in our City of London office and requires attendance five days per week.
Remote and hybrid working are not available for this role. Please apply only if you can reliably attend the office every working day.
