About the Role

MG OMD is looking for a Head of Affiliates, Aggregators & Lead Generation to lead one of the agency's most important performance marketing disciplines. Working as part of the senior Investment leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the strategy, growth and commercial success of our affiliate, aggregator and lead generation offering across a portfolio of some of the UK's most recognisable brands including British Airways, Nissan, Renault, Starling Bank, Halfords and LNER.

This role combines strategic leadership, commercial accountability and channel expertise. You will set the direction for the discipline, drive innovation and ensure MG OMD continues to deliver market-leading partner marketing solutions that create measurable business impact for our clients.

Working closely with senior clients, publishers, networks, technology partners and internal channel specialists, you will champion integrated performance strategies that span Affiliates, Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and wider Digital Planning. You will also play a key role in developing new products, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring the discipline is ready for the future of performance marketing.

Key Areas Of Responsibility Include

  • Setting the strategic direction for Affiliates, Aggregators & Lead Generation across MG OMD.
  • Leading commercial performance, forecasting, revenue growth and profitability across the discipline.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with leading publishers, networks, aggregators and technology partners.
  • Driving innovation through new commercial models, privacy-safe measurement solutions and emerging partner opportunities.
  • Leading, developing and inspiring a high-performing specialist team.
  • Supporting agency growth through thought leadership, new business activity and industry engagement.

About You

We're looking for an experienced performance marketing leader with a strong track record in affiliates, aggregators, lead generation or partnership marketing.

You Will Bring

  • Significant experience leading affiliate, aggregator or lead generation programmes for major brands.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing revenue, forecasting, profitability and growth targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with clients, publishers, networks and technology partners.
  • The ability to translate complex commercial and technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience building, leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • A passion for innovation and identifying new opportunities that drive competitive advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
  • A collaborative leadership style and a genuine desire to help people develop and succeed.
