This is a hands-on role with a significant opportunity to shape and develop the aftersales function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customers receive an excellent level of support following delivery, while establishing the processes, supplier network and service infrastructure required to provide a responsive and professional aftersales service.

A key initial priority will be to develop and implement a reliable nationwide service and repair solution for the company's vehicle fleet/customer vehicles, including identifying and appointing appropriate third-party service providers, garages and mobile repair partners.

  • Act as the senior point of escalation for aftersales issues, ensuring problems are resolved quickly and professionally.
  • Develop a customer-first culture focused on responsiveness, communication and effective problem resolution.
  • Establish clear service levels and processes for managing customer enquiries, faults, repairs and complaints.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to continually improve the aftersales experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
