About The Job
Games Workshop has one clear ambition: to make the best fantasy miniatures in the world and keep making them better. We’re looking for an exceptional Head of AoS Studio to help shape the future of Warhammer: Age of Sigmar.
Reporting to the Operational IP & Product Director, you’ll be responsible for the direction, performance and continual improvement of the Age of Sigmar Studio. You’ll ensure we continue to deliver an outstanding product range and achieve ambitious commercial goals without ever compromising on quality.
This is a significant role with real influence across our business. You’ll define long-term plans, oversee major release schedules, champion our intellectual property and continually improve how the studio operates. You’ll also develop talented people, build strength for the future and continue to ensure Warhammer: Age of Sigmar grows from strength to strength.
We’re looking for someone with excellent commercial judgement, experience bringing exceptional products to market and the ability to make good decisions with confidence. You’ll understand our customers, our business model and what it takes to balance creativity with commercial success.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
