Mava Real Estate is seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Commercial Agent / Surveyor to lead and grow our Dorset agency team.

The Role

We are looking for a commercially-minded individual with strong agency experience across sales, lettings, and professional client advice. You will be responsible for leading commercial property instructions, securing new business opportunities, and providing leadership and support to our Dorset team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing commercial sales and lettings instructions from acquisition through to completion.
  • Generating new business opportunities and developing client relationships.
  • Undertaking property inspections and viewings.
  • Negotiating transactions on behalf of landlords, tenants, vendors, and purchasers.
  • Preparing agency reports, marketing recommendations, and client updates.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
  • Leading the Dorset agency team and contributing to its ongoing growth and success.

We Are Looking For Someone Who Has:

  • Good experience within commercial property agency and/or surveying.
  • Strong knowledge of the commercial property market.
  • A proven ability to win instructions and develop client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive and commercially focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently whilst effectively leading a team.
  • MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
