Head of Agent Relationships – Asia (China Focus)

📍 UK based Remote working | Full-time
💰 £45,000 basic + performance-related bonus
🗣️ Fluent Mandarin (spoken and written) essential

Our client is a premium education consultancy, part of a fast-growing international education group, helping ambitious students secure places at the UK's most competitive universities. They're now looking for a commercially driven, Mandarin-speaking sales professional to take ownership of a high-potential area of the business: their agent network across Asia, with a focus on China.

This is a hands-on role with a clear brief: build and scale the network over the next 12–24 months. You'll own the full sales cycle from first contact to close, and have real scope to grow into a wider regional commercial role as the function develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
