About the Role
As Emblation continues to scale internationally, we recognise the significant opportunity that AI presents to enhance productivity, decision-making, customer engagement, and business performance. We are seeking a forward-thinking and commercially focused Head of AI Adoption to lead the responsible adoption of AI across the organisation.

This is a newly created role working closely with the Executive Leadership Team, functional leaders, and a network of AI Champions across the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and embedding AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.
The role is focused on adoption, change, and business impact rather than software engineering or data science. You will act as the catalyst that helps individuals and teams understand where AI can create value, build confidence in its use, and ensure successful implementation across the organisation.
